For the contact sheet, I used Contact sheet 2 to transfer all of my pictures. The Contact sheet is under file on the top left corner and under automate. Once you press contact sheet make sure the width is 8 the height is 10 and the resolution is 100. Using contact sheet will merge all of your images in one sheet.For the top picture I used the crop tool. The crop tool is located below the quick selection tool. The crop tool will cut off the parts that you do not want and fix the image the way you wanted.
You chose three image you want and make three copies of it. On the second copy, add a text. You shouldn't see the text since the third copy is covering it. Make adjustment to the text. Once you're finshed, select the second layer and blur the image by going to filter and choose motion blur. Then choose the second copy and go to layer and choose clipping layer mask. You should be able to see the blur and text. Lastly, choose bevel and emboss for your text and change fill to 0.
